I googled real quick. Their head coach makes $850k a year salary. Bobby is at $265k a year. Their OC was at $170,000. Ours was in the $90k range, I think?

Odds are pretty good that he doubled his salary.

OC. I couldn't find what their OL coach makes, so I tried to make it apples to apples as best I could.

Edit -- Actually, just tried again and dove a little deeper. Western Michigan's Offensive Line Coach last year made $120,000 according to USA today, so Pawlak got a very big raise.

And he was an experienced coach who went to Lions and been there a while so keep trying to prove its all about money. None of you have any proof it was. We will see how it shakes out but even if it was $120K for him that does not mean Pawlack got that.
