Pawlak is really getting out there looking for linemen.

So who is not doing their job ? Every coach on staff should be out recruiting. Is that the case with the Griz coaches? For example Belichick has been reported as on the recruiting trail. He's the head coach. I think the recruiting issue has been showing up in the quality of recent teams the Griz have fielded.
Is there anything you like about our coaching staff?

Pawlak

How about all the coaches that are in Texas, Hawaii, Washington, California, Utah, and of course Montana. Do your own social media investigation. The entire staff has been out not just Pawlak. Why do you not know this. Lazy? It is better to not post and be thought a fool than post and remove all doubt.

Totally. Recruiting is absolutely his job. But there are an awful lot of Big Sky coaches that are not flying to a high school in Minnesota in January to watch a high school offensive lineman work out. I was just trying to highlight that it seems like Pawlak is going above and beyond.
It’s more scary that the posters didn’t understand that very easy to understand fact.

I don't know who recruited incoming high school LB Bridger Salvevold from Class C Culbertson, maybe Coop, maybe Tim, maybe Bobby himself, but whoever did, he didn't wind up in Culbertson, Montana on the North Dakota border over 600 miles from Missoula by accident !!!

Our staff has been busting their butts not only recruiting high-school kids from Culbertson to Hawaii, but our new portal transfers from Power 5 schools Tenn., BYU, Arizona State, from Big Sky Rivals UC Davis, Idaho and EWU, to some studs from Div. II, the NAIA, and JUCO's-our staff deserves our gratitude for their dedication, their recruiting intelligence--Should we offer this kid instead of that kid ?--and their work ethic--they have put in hundreds of hours on the phone and computer and thousands of miles driving and flying, staying in hotel rooms, eating some good and not-so-good restaurant food and away from their families to recruit our incoming class !!!

And finally, Payton deserves a lot of credit for putting the high school and portal transfers pages together, now combined--he has had to track a lot of outgoing and especially incoming student athletes and that is very time consuming !!!

Thank you. All needed to be said.

If you could read closer instead of acting like an arrogate ass you would see I asked the ? earlier in the thread but no one ever responded.(Can we get a report as to where the other coaches are going to recruit right now?) I have no idea how to access where coaches are on the ground recruiting but if you can show us here I would like to see it.

No. I listed where they were. You get online and figure it out for yourself. It takes a lot to set me off but your narcissistic behavior does not make me want to help you at all. Read your posts and see how I come to that conclusion.

Figured as much. You can't back up your posts because there you have no evidence to prove it. I am correct as usual.

This is absolutely right, and people don't even understand the constant, all seasons jobs these coaches are doing now. I wouldn't ever want that job. These guys live and breathe the recruiting, while people bitch online as if they know anything. I cannot even imagine the massive amount of data and video they are sifting through, at all levels of the coaching staff.

I flew out of MSO a week or so ago, and there were two coaches on my flight including Bobby and an older position coach. Spoiler, they were not headed out on vacation. It is January, a time when coaches were relaxing 15 years ago. I'm really thankful for what we have, and I am even more thankful that we are adding young, competent, driven people to our coaching staff. The fears I had even a few months ago have really been replaced. I think we are on a better track than we were even three years ago. We have older coaches that could coast on their laurels. Thank god they are not.

Nobody responds to you anymore because when we try to talk to you, you become disingenuous and pretend you didn't say things you have said, and act super weird about it. I've avoided even responding to you lately, but just so you know, that is why you don't even get a response anymore. We tried. You weren't actually down to have a real conversation.
