1000 yards rushing on the season. I'll guess 1050.

I mean 2 games into the season he's the Big Sky's:
#1 rusher with 241 yards and has the best per game average at 120.5
#8 receiver with 149 yards
#1 in all-purpose yards with 195/game
Dan Moore can go vertically up the field while shedding tacklers, whereas Peter Ngyuen has to go horizontal to outrun tacklers. In this case, he could not out run App St.'s defense.grizfan47 said:I am curious, why was Dan M. able to be so much more effective than PN? I though PN was so much quicker and faster than DM. They completly shut PN down. I realize DM is stronger and more difficult to bring down but he also seemed to have the speed to find the holes and then accelerate through them. I was very surprised at Appy's ability to take PN out of the game. Thoughts?

I think Peter would have benefited from another blocking receiver on those runs to the outside. A few of Pete's runs were to the short side of the field with only one blocking receiver. The plays got strung out quickly because of the distance to the sideline and there always seemed to be one if not two defenders unblocked.grizfan47 said:I am curious, why was Dan M. able to be so much more effective than PN? App's smaller back seemed to run to the long side and had at least two blockers. They blocked well, too.
