There's no money in FBS football.
Or so we're told....

Nike's COO is a UM alum. If we go FBS, they will drop Oregon and go Montana for sure.....said the dreamers. Or maybe Engen will enhance the business climate in Missoula and we will have a homegrown multi-national corp to support us....said the delusional.
That is simply amazing. The attention to detail is unbelievable. I live in Oregon and have been a fan of both Oregon and Oregon State (Reser's has been pretty darn generous to OSU as well -- but nothing like this).Grizzaholic said:Here is a link to the building overview.

No longer can a sport be dropped with Title IX cited as the reason. Programs can only be added to meet the gender equity quotas. This was decided in a lawsuit led by Stephen Neal, NCAA champ from Cal State Bakersfield and long time O-lineman for the Patriots. The school must find some other reason.MrTitleist said:Pin2Win said:Isn't that precious...but they didn't have enough money to support their wrestling program they dropped. And yes, there were Montana kids on the team when it happened.
Wrestling programs aren't being dropped because of money.. being dropped because of Title IX. Wrestling at Wyoming actually makes money.
