Who is the last o-lineman to play in the NFL? Its not Gragg is it? Has Gragg been the best griz o lineman in the NFL?

Proctor, or is it Procter?

I believe Levi Horn was the last UM o-lineman to be an the active roster in the NFL. I think he was active for some Chicago Bears games towards the end of 2011. Proctor got hurt playing for Miami in 2010.

I've been teaching my eight year old Jr. tackle team the importance of having a dominant offensive line attitude. It is difficult to get them to realize that the line is what makes or breaks the "glorious" positions. O-line owns huge % of every yard gained. More DOLA please!
Go

I coached my kids in flag football the art and value of blocking. We never lost a game in 2 years. I always had the least talented kids and always beat the team that ended up having players getting college scholarships and one ended up on an NFL roster. Their coach would always wonder how I could beat them all the time. If he would have come to practice all we ever did was blocking drills. The kids hated practice, but loved the games.

McFarland was the last o-lineman to get drafted. Proctor was the last to play consistently.

Other than that, there have been a number that have signed free-agent deals: Szalay, Quinn, Dow, Balogh, Horn, etc. Some bounced around for a couple years, and some didn't make it out of training camp.

2nd round pick and an 11 year NFL career. Hands down the best O-lineman from the UofM to play in the NFL.

I assume that Guy Bingham played the most years in the NFL, for former UM o-lineman.

Correct. The majority of Guy's NFL career was with the Jets. That's a standard point deduction in my book.

Agreed. Though Kirk Scrafford had a nice career(9 years, I think), it was Gragg.

BigSky Conference

Best QB - Montana
Best O Line - Montana
Best D Line - Montana
Best RB's - Montana
Best LB's - Montana

This! Scrap had a good career and made some coins. Nice to a see a Montana kid make it. Especially an undersized one. Ridiculous how big the o lineman are in the NFL anymore.
