None mentioned had an impact on the game. I understand it's hard for you to absorb the level of success BH is building; you hate him about as much as Bodnar and Trump. The RTD has not been linear, will not be linear, but it's real and not to be denied. You bring more to the covid/China discussions, which you know something about.

These are hungry kids and they hit people in the mouth, again and again, and are rarely out of position on D. I do not expect a letdown. The jokers on here criticizing Baer and his 3-3-5 (can't stop the run) are eating a lot of crow. The offense will look much better vs FCS defenses. EWU in Cheney may be as difficult as Udub. Good to have an early bye week.

Some of you boys have a hard time letting go of things from 3-4 years ago. Stitt is gone. Baer’s criticizers were saying that three YEARS ago when the D seemed to collapse at just the wrong times.

In the immortal words of Princess Elsa, “let it gooooo, let it goooooo”….

good post. stitt had never even crossed my mind for about two years, until a couple clowns here brought him up just now, i guess in order to make themselves feel superior or something. very insecure behavior.

Can you imagine being a Griz fan but hating BH?

It’d be like being an eagle who’s afraid of heights.

A pig who doesn’t like to get dirty.

A impotent nymphomaniac.

A responsible crackhead.

Just seems so lonely.

I liked Stitt for some aspects, but there is no doubt that Bobby is the better head coach. I almost wish Bobby would bring Stitt back to be the OC if we lose the one we have.

i'd pass on stitt as oc, he wouldn't fit with hauck's scheme, and there is some question if his offensive play calling is very good. it is somewhat ironic that rosenbach used the 'fly sweep' way more in the past than stitt, who practically never used it.

You clearly have no clue and know nothing about FB. That’s right someone has to pick up the PR mantle. The CP game in particular was horrible. Stitt used a LB’er in attempt to pick up a 4th and short and of course it failed miserably.
You’ve been a card-carrying Hauck-hater since the beginning. And right after our biggest win in 20 years, you’re going to take a shot at him and continue to defend Stitt. Good god why? Guess that’s how schticks work? Just can never drop it. Will you ever give Hauck any credit? Holy carp it must be exhaustingly lonely in your world.

i had a problem with the way hauck was hired, and the over-the-top worship of him by people like you, who want to tell everybody how to post. i've never said he was a bad coach, and i've given hauck credit many times, including this morning. i remember the last western illinois game a few years ago, i was one of like two people who said the coaching was quite good. if all you want is praise and glory to bobby, go to other threads.
Hehe. Nice try. In reality, you have been taking shots at BH your whole life including after this great win. And you were continuing to defend Stitt just a few weeks ago. Which is complete nonsense and not based on any FB knowledge whatsoever. Lying just makes you look even worse.
Your schtick started about 20 years ago during BH’s first stint and you actively campaigned against his re-hire. You wear that badge of honor. Such a lone lonely loner.
The reason I give you so much shit about it, is because there is no rational basis for it. It’s a schtick that you’re married to after all these years. What, did BH “grin” at you once like that goofy student reporter?

Yet you can't resist chiming in that we have a couple good receivers not recruited by Hauck. Weren't thinking about Still? LOL.

I watched most of the game. They looked very good defensively, they had a really hard time running the ball at all. We need to put our lock down corner on Houston. He made play after play.. kinda wierd that we actually have lock down corners.

Are you out of your mind , he isn't allowed back in the state.
Or, yeah lets get the worst OC ever.

There’s an even bigger question as to whether his offensive system even works at this level, against other-than-grossly-inferior competition.

Well it worked for one game, but only because NDSU had no idea what he would do. After that his success rate went down sharply.

Yep. Probably the worst thing that happened during Stitt’s tenure was beating NDSU….gave him a shitload more rope….

to be fair, he lost his first string qb for extended periods every year. according to some, he had a really bad qb his last year after phillips, who i thought was a good qb or even very good, went down in a meaningless game. but, he's gone, and it isn't like i am going to be a giant baby and quit supporting the griz in all aspects just because i didn't feel like the way the next hire was brought on. to be clear, it was the way it went down, the method, not the person hired, etc...

There may be a reason he's an unemployed football coach.

Who's telling everybody how to post?

Stitt vs. no one else is available? Even then, no thanks!

Well, he had everybody for the UNC game that I attended and he couldn’t get them up for THAT. I’d seen enough at that point.

100% couldn't agree more. Beating NDSU was the worst possible thing for Mr. Stitt. He (and the Griz) would have been much better off had the game been lost, as AZ might say, there would have been less rope. The win simply reinforced Mr. Stitt's perception of his system and seemed to motivate the NDSU coaches to come up with a way to defeat it.
