lost to graduation according to alabamagrizzly 27 seniors. There is some discrepancy here with the numbers but let's just use this one. Hear say cats are losing 9 seniors

I will be happy when I see major improvement which will not likely happen soon. More to do with recruitment rather than coaches it appears.

For today I want to discuss the fact that the Griz will have it's 4th O-Line coach in 4 years. Very rare to have this in your staff. Certainly there are many reasons for it but the main issue it causes are with the players. Without going to the portal every year would it not be best to recruit as a freshman and keep players thru their senior year with little replacement as possible?

We could be looking to the transfer portal for o-line players or possibly we already have some with no college football playing experience. The griz have a hard time recruiting line players. I mean they like to eat so maybe it's lack of protein.

looking at the portal acceptance so far we have one average o-lineman listed. We are on a roll. Keep it up and we may have to move the Beaners to play line.
11 on the roster, 3 upper classmen, 1 incoming, sky is definitely falling.
And regarding OL coach, we all griped about the lack of development for Germer who was loyal for years, and now we are on our 3rd new coach. It's the world we live in. I like the direction we are heading in and think the fact these guys keep moving up is probably a good sign, whether you like it or not.
