Offense

Our playoff lives start this Saturday and continue until the Brawl. Unfortunately we could beat both next two opponents easily and won't matter till we prove our selves in Bozeman.

That’s a given you’ll win your next two games. Has nothing to do with who you’re playing. But you’ll have your starting QB back and him missing was the sole reason you lost this year. Not Idaho of course cause that doesn’t fit the narrative. But breathe easy. You have your QB back, so I can’t think of a reason you’ll lose another game in 2022.

Wow, this is the most negative thread I’ve seen in a long time. Our last two loses are greatly due to the QB. Sac and Web were not worried about his passing so they doubled down on the run. This kind on offense would make any OC look bad. My biggest complaint is that they played Brown and continued to go with him even though there was no evidence things were going to get any better. Shame on the coaches for not being willing to go to plan B when plan A was consistently going 3 and punt. I keep hearing that Britt is too much of a wild card. So we go with what we know. Which was apparently no turnovers and very few first downs and few scores. I wish more then anyone that Brown would tear it up throw for 300 yards and 4 TDs. Regrettably he got 10/17 for 72 yards. We need to be willing to do something different next time the starting QB is hurt.

If we have our qb back, I agree with you that the Griz will win out in conference play.

Why is that unfortunate?

IF, IF we can get some consistency on offense, win two or three of the next three games, we'll be rolling into the playoffs and as someone said, nobody would want to play us.

Go Griz!
Winning only two will not get it done.

I think because he believes we won’t prove ourselves in Bozeman?

That's not true. Nor has the team imploded. You wouldn't know, because you never played the game at any level or achieved anything in life.

Wrong - I consistently achieve getting under your skin because you’re insecure and can’t handle the truth at 70 years old.

The level of brown nosing is priceless. You should change your screen name to BobbysBoy or GrizSimp.

I’m still hoping we can just let him change his name back to PlayaRep. We need the nostalgia around here

Well at this point only two things are happening. So we can simplify the season.

1. We get LJ back and win two in a row heading into Cat Griz and a desperate Griz team rolls the cats. In that case we’re a very dangerous and talented team capable of making a good playoff run. And we’d be on a roll. Or…..

2. We lose one more game and if it’s not to the cats we’re 100% screwed for playoffs. We all gather around the tv Sunday morning praying for a miracle Montana gets called. It never happens and everyone flocks to egriz to call for coaching fires.

There’s no third option

Lucas Johnson came here to compete for a national championship. With that pretty much out the window and his concussion injury does he question himself as to the cost benefit of playing? I know I would but that means nothing.

Yes, I don’t know about his “toughness” but anyone at this level is a competitor. I’m sure he’s heard about Cat/gris he will wanna play in that.

Now does Bobby see that Brown is the future next year and just roll with him for development? Probably not, but who knows.

Did Johnson even have a concussion? Concussion protocol is not the same as determination of a concussion, I don’t believe. How many people with concussions are cleared in less than a weak?

This is funny. When LJ is healthy, he will play. BH will not be content with Brown as the #1 QB next year.

Why did you cut off my first part? Didn’t I state when he’s healthy he will want to play? Or are you just cutting out that part to create a narrative? Suspect.

If Johnson plays Montana should win going away this week end. If it’s close then I would seriously have concerns about msu. ewu is always a dog fight but at home Montana should come away with a win. msu to me is an unknown. They have defeated the bottom half of the conference with a clown show win against weber. We have taken the top teams in the conference to the bitter end. Their offense is pretty good but our defense is really good. Our offense is bad and their defense is pretty good. The game is a toss up. I think this team will be 8-3 at years end. Granted they have home field but will be coming off two road games. IMO Montana will be an at large at either 8-3 or 7-4. No one in they’re right mind can’t admit Montana isn’t a top 24 team. 8-3 could get us seeded.
First things first beat cal poly..

Go Griz!

The Cats are good to very good, and about to get a whole lot better. Finally getting some players back, finally getting this super young team playing well together, eliminating stupid mistakes that have plagued the Cats early to mid season. Despite that, and all the player losses... they are 7-1 and sitting atop the Big Sky conference.

I think it's going to be very tough sledding when the griz come into Bobcat stadium, with or without your star QB. I don't think it will be a 48-14 beatdown, but I don't think the griz can hang. Too many weapons on offense and too challenging to contend with the crowd.

It was the only part of your post that I had something say about. That's how it works.

Little suspect. 👀

I keep wondering how you will out do yourself after each post and then you find a way.
