Note to current recruits

I feel it is important for every GRIZ recruit to know, GRIZ NATION is looking forward to your being a Montana GRIZ. Each of you are important to the University. Rest assured this program and school will put a great coach in place with Delaney's retirement. GRIZ NATION wants to see all of you as GRIZ. For those who have already verbally committed, Thank you. Please don't change your minds.

Regardless of who the head coach is, Missoula, the University of Montana, and GRIZ NATION make this a special memorable place to get your education and play football.

I hope all of GRIZ NATION joins me in encouraging all of you to be GRIZ!!!

grizrule, good points. It will be interesting to see who comes in as the next coach. Though one thing we can count on is they will be a winner and continue the Montana Grizzly tradition.

Over about the past 19 (?) years there have been six coaches at the Univ. of Montana. Four of those six coaches took our teams into the National Championship, and a fifth coach took the team into the semi-finals. I don't know who will be hired next but I am confident they will continue to strive for excellence and keep the Montana Grizzlies competing for championships.
