Non-Griz game you're most looking forward to

The opening of the new Husky Stadium as Boise State comes to Seattle. And Northern/Tech on Nov. 2 in Havre. Should be butt cold by then with a nice 20 MPH breeze blowing through Blue Pony Stadium.

I live in Oregon now (have for over twenty years, actually), and I was predisposed to dislike the Ducks, but...

...any game the Ducks play.

It's like watching a video game. Scary good, as some here might say. ;)

And they have a stellar class of offensive talent coming in, including Thomas Tyner of Aloha High School here in Beaverton, who ran for 644 yards last season...in one game. 10.3 speed, 210 lbs., great field awareness.

And Marcus Mariota is still only a sophomore.

The Pac-12 better hope that there's a huge drop-off in coaching talent since Chip Kelly left.
They are soooooo.... lucky they dodge Will Sutton and the Devils this year.

If we are talking about games you plan on attending, the 2014 BCS championship game at the Rose Bowl. Just to easy to get there from Missoula to pass up..

Who's coming with me!

I'm in...but when the beers gone, I'm gone!

So that means the following Thursday?

Dude, I love my griz, but I also love my big boy football too.

Pac-12 Championship game? I say the Ducks mow down Stanford and the rest of the Pac-12 this year. Including the faggy Huskies (that was for you, Geddes). I also am not convinced that Chip Kelly is all that. Helfrich brought in that offense not Kelly. Remember RP was canned by Kelly in Kelly's first year. He brought Helfrich's offense to Montana not Chip Kelly's.

Oklahoma Panhandle State University v. Southwest Assemblies of God. Nov. 2, 2013. put it on your calender. I think its played in Heaven.
This will be the matchup for the century ESPN will be broadcasting it and I think Jesus is the starting quarterback for the game. Let's just say Nov.2 couldn't get here any faster!!

Actually.. didn't Mike Belotti bring in Chip Kelly who brought the offense to Oregon, then Kelly brought in Helfrich when Belotti took the AD job?

This... I am huge Ducks fan though. I will be attending the Tennessee game!

Having witnessed the Georgia-Tennessee game in Athens last September ANY SEC GAME gets my motor running...

Oh hell yeah! Plus... I can't wait to see Oregon throttle the poor Vols.

And just because it is funny as hell...

 At least the guy is smart enough to protect his anonymity - and future embarrassment after the "You-gene" debacle - with only mirrored glasses and a ball cap filling the frame...That said, the game day atmosphere in Knoxville and most any other SEC campus trumps even You- gene or anywhere else in the PAC-12...

Other than the two trips I am planning to Missoula and WA/Griz...I'll spend Saturdays wallowing on the sofa watching college football from about 9:00 am until 11:00 pm, usually with 2 TVs running. And yes, also some Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings as well. There are a lot of games that should be good ones, but I'll watch college football anytime, regardless of who's playing.

Sounds like my type of Saturday!

In state rivalries are still the best. A Utah "beat down" of BYU always makes my college football season. The fact that it's out of conference now is irrelevant.

You are right Mr. T, I forgot about Chippy being there under Belotti. Helfrich got to UO in 2009, Kelly got there in 2007. I get my UO info from a buddy who hates Kelly.

Yeah, I'd really hate winning and having the most explosive offense in college football too.

No kidding. My friend hasn't been the same since the Auburn/UO championship game. It's all trauma based... When I'm around him I try and avoid all words that begin with an S, E or C.
