What are the OT rules in Pissin' Matches? I'm 17-2-5 in them, but never had one go into OT because they didn't have OT in those days. If a hobo gets in the way of the stream, you replay the down.

Exactly my point. How many times has there been a verbal commitment or pledge that people have backed out of? Having money in the bank is different than IOU’s from the business community in a market that size. How many people would have said yes if they weren’t pushing for the PAC invite. How many of those businesses actually think an invite is a real likelihood? Seems more like offers based on contingency. If they cared about the program that money would be going to work right now and not only if they make the jump to the PAC
