Next up 3/11 at BS Tourney vs Idaho

In regards to the backwoods coach, Joe coached at both Idaho and Weber (was the coach before Rahe). He had a good run at Weber with an undefeated season in 2003. So why did he leave/get canned? Any Weber fans care to chime in? I see he is coaching a girls team at a Catholic school now.

Doubt they can keep up the hot shooting ... you would expect UI to make adjustments at halftime. But if the Griz keep up their good D -- way ahead in steals and turnovers -- that won't be so crucial.

I see he was charged with assault last year for hitting a guy with a baseball bat during a dispute over a vehicle mishap that involved his daughter.
 
and, another turnover...this will get away from them soon..two misses by Breunig, and foul on UM...gotta get it together or this game will get ugly for UM

Griz not playing with the same defensive intensity they showed in the first half. Need to step it up.

Although if they just trade baskets the rest of the way ... that would work for me. ;)

Idaho does have a lot fouls piling up...not enough yet but MB is only 3-9 from free throws...not good
 
Idaho has turned it on and I think the Griz are in trouble. Perfect time for a media time out...gotta get it together.

Yep. coach worked his magic early in the game to spark a great run ... maybe he can do it again.
