Next up 2/4 @ Sac State

Poor guard play tonight. Oguine has had some bad plays. Wright has been non existent. Dunn quiet.
 
Griz pick up their 10th foul. Sac hits one of the free throws. Only up by 3 now with 6:55 to go in the game.

Great drive and pass by Oguine to Breunig for 2. Griz up by 5!

Aaand....another foul on the Griz on the other end. Sac shooting 2 & hits both to pull within 3 again.

Wright is leading all teams with rebounding with 7. Has 4 assists and 6 points. Not exactly non-existent. He hasn't taken many shots though. Oguine is playing good on defense but struggling on offense unfortunately. Just hit a big three though! Dunn had a pretty good first half with 5 points but is in foul trouble now with 4 fouls.

With Gfeller and Oguine hitting a 3 (and sac hitting one) the Griz are back up by 6. Breunig at the line hits 1 of 2 to put the Griz up by 7 with just under 5 to go.

Damn missed 3. Had an open look.

3 Mins to go, sac ball and Griz up by 5 with a timeout sac.

Yup. Struggling to get anything inside anymore for sure. Lucky Gfeller is on from 3 or we'd be way down at this point. Hopefully we can hang on.
 
Big miss there at the line, front end of the 1 and 1. Wright has been a good FT shooter this year too. Griz still up by 3. Sac fouled again, hits 1. Griz up by 2 with 2:26 to go in the game.

4-18 between them. Both getting burned on perimeter defense. Oguine hit shot after I posted. Still bad games for all of them.
 
FFS...turnover Griz on the ball tipped out of bounds.

Sac fouls Lopez, then ties up Lopez on the ground...Lopez gets called for a technical though...wtf?
 
What is wrong with UM? This is the most inconsistent team I've seen anywhere this year. This is systemic. San Jose State redux....
 
Going to the replay monitor... Foul on Sac (dragging Lopez down), then seemed to tie Lopez up after that for some reason and Lopez must have done something.

Guess we'll find out in a min.
 
Ok so final ruling is foul on Sac and Technical on Lopez (who fouls out). Moorehead hits 1 of the 2 free throws for the Griz. Now Sac shooting the technical foul free throws. Sac hits both. Griz up by 1 with 2:18 to go in the game. Sac ball...
