He has a house in both Nebraska and Montana.... Just a hunch but I think he would love to be on th BOR.

I don't know him, but reading his bio - I would say he easily very well qualified for it, and would be a good choice.
 
Hal lives in Missoula with his wife. My wife works for him, putting his presentations together in PowerPoint.
