New OL Coach Cameron Norcross

Hitting the I f*cked up button... yes I admit I got them mixed up... in my defense I was on the golf course when I posted...! Live and learn...especially on e-griz! Currently punishing myself by trying to play golf again?
I never post while I'm golfing which is why I post so little.
For that, most of E-Griz is extremely grateful to the game of forever suffering - Gowf

Oh, I think we should probably have it out. I'll have you know I have never once hit a drive on a straight line, or less than 5-putted a green regardless of starting distance.

Shouldn’t take us too long on the 9 hole university course to figure it out. 😉 I’m better when I play the slice off the tee, but that’s usually the only time I hit a straight drive onto the wrong fairway.

I love that. I vote regardless of tee, any hole is fair game. That way we can make the best of a slice onto the wrong one. :ROFLMAO: I think we could have a good laugh as we struggle our way through 9 holes. Maybe grab a burger after and drown our shame. Good weather is not far away.

Went to the eye doctor for my biannual check up yesterday and he were making small talk and he asked me where I was from and where went to college and I said, Montana and his response, "Oh, you guys have great football teams.". I asked him where he was from and where he went to college and he said he was from South Carolina and went to school at App State. Needless to say, we had a great discussion about the 2009 semifinal game and Division IAA/FCS/FBS football. Just goes to show that Montana Griz football is known outside the borders of Montana.

All of my Stanford friends know Montana, and many follow both the football team and the basketball team. Almost all of my friends from college, law school, NYC, law and life know of the Griz, and many follow the Griz at times. I got dozens of messages from far away friends during the Montana v. Wisconsin game, as well as last year's playoff run. One Dartmouth friend flew from Boston for the NDSU playoff game, and another met me in Frisco. Both played football at Dartmouth when it was D-I.

I always wonder who some of you hang out with, meet, or know, when you say the only people who know anything about Montana sports are some FCS fans. I'm not sure if I've ever worn a Montana tee shirt while out of state, when someone didn't say something to me about Montana. It happened yesterday at lunch in Tempe, when an older ASU fan started a conversation after seeing my tee shirt.

I have a UM linebackers shirt on now. When I go to the pool, I'm sure one or more people will say something. As I've said before, there's a former Griz football player from the early 60's who has a place in our "resort". He walks for a couple hours everyday in the pool, after the almost all-day volleyball games. I should ask him if he know Kem. He's probably older than Kem.

With Yellowstone and its very good prequels, everyone wants a piece of Montana now.

When the griz are on national TV, it's wild how much my phone gets blown up by friends all over the country. Last years playoff run was a perfect case in point.
A. More people than the ratings suggest tune into to watch those quarterfinals/ semi playoff games.
B. People love montata football for the novelty of montana / Yellowstone/ snow games etc, and our fan base translated to TV. Viewers KNOW it's LOUD and a sweet environment.

I always wear a Griz shirt when traveling and almost every time I stop someone wants to talk Griz or Montana for most of the reasons Hoops mentioned. My girlfriend was a Cat cheerleader back in the day. I designed a "House Divided Montana Griz Montana State Bobcats" sign which we place in front of our rig when RVing. That brings many responses from other RVers...all very positive about our great state and yes, our great Griz. Not so much on the bobs.

Same, Nick.

I like to say "we're taking over the world, one fan at a time". I had at least 8 different text strings going during the Wisconsin BB game--and that's BASKETBALL. My phone blew UP during the 23/24 championship game run.
