Every now and then Alpha0.1 is correct about stuff. His explaination of the talent level was right on. Coach Stitt is aware of it as he explained it to me last June. I am not sure if Stitt received the talent information from Alpha or read it somewhere? Of note is the fact that we do have a handfull of players that are above NDs but the entire 46 ND players have more overall talent.

Sad but true.

Having said that, it is still a game that needs to be played and decided on the field. As a solid Griz I think we can win. To do so our team needs to play above it's normal and catch ND with some sneaky never seen before type of football. Make no mistake we are the UNDERDOGS!!!

Alpha 0.1 will be so drunk after driving that damn Griz/ND bus around I doubt if he sees the game.

Good research: - I mentioned on another blog of one of our linebackers who got into an altercation at a local Applebees - and that is what you put up. Witnesses testified and charges were dropped after NDSU linebacker did not start the fight but did finish the drunk UND provoker with one punch.

Also the list of petition fraud was a doozy. college boys lying about signatures on some upcoming voting measures. That was stupid of them for sure.

But for the most part over the past 4 years National Title runs the Bison recruits have managed to stay out of trouble and not been stupid like your SENIOR linebacker did 2 weeks ago.

But I will give ya credit on the research. I didn't say the Herd is perfect but overall our program is raising the bar for the younger players to shape up or your out.

I might add a redshirt freshman walk on to be a punter broke the law for breaking and entering into a car lot, and drinking, guess what, coach sent him packing. Done.

No you missed the point - I mean its young men trying to make it to the NFL or CFL if they are very good, playing for a college, not being paid millions of dollars. As to NFL overpaid players etc...... I get the commericialism but that is what I meant. College football is still has more pageantry then the NFL.
