You are right. I should have said, "Institutions with large fan bases, great facilities, and who are consistently good." With that criteria, who else can you add? Idaho? No. Ill St? No. USD? No. Villanova? No. I think SFA and Tarleton, if they stay FCS, will get to a place where they are perennial contenders, but are not there yet.

The argument could be made for Harvard and Yale, but the sample size is too small. Hopefully the Ivies help prop up the FCS - they are household names that give instant legitimacy. Hope they don't get penalized by the playoff committee for only playing ten games.
