Same here. My question is...does the 1 represent a single ticket or 1 order of 2?

For those who actually got more than 1 ticket, did you see the correct number of tickets listed?

I had 3 confirmed in my original order. AXS only shows me with 1 ticket in 112 with no seat assignment. Sounds like we have a similar issue.

Update: when going to the AXS web site it shows my 112 seat as SRO. In the mobile app it doesn't say SRO and it leaves the row and seat blank. However, I am still missing 2 seats. Hopefully, they appear soon per EverettGriz's advice.

Mentioned this in another thread but when I was there, each seat had a card on it to download an app. Put in your seat numbers and credit card info and you could order food and beers from your seats throughout the game. Never took more than 5 minutes to have someone deliver right to me. Used it probably 10 times throughout the game. Enjoy!

I’m in the same section. But like I said there isn’t a bad view in the stadium. Just kinda shocked I wasn’t put in the sections they told us we would be in.

I would be surprised if they have special catering for this game. But at least we’re right next to the beer garden. Haha

Yeah I was originally pissed, but after seeing the BS some fans are dealing with Im just happy I got my tickets.

So I have the little 60 second QR code which is supposed to contain all 4 tickets with a with 4 tickets purchased in my order history but cannot view the tickets themselves. Got ahold of AXS and was told I am in Sec. 109 row 10 but can't see the actual ticket. Don't know what to say but I'm having to rely on that info I guess.

Kid, are you using the same email address to sign into AXS that you use to sign into GrizTix to purchase the tickets? I had that issue also. If you aren't sign in using that email and you should see your tickets

I just got my last two missing tickets as well. I now have 3 that say 112 with no row or seat assignment when looking in the AXS app. However, when going on the AXS web site it shows them as 112 SRO. You likely have standing room only tickets like I have. Log into your account on the AXS web site to confirm. It's better than no tickets at all.

What a joke it is that the NCAA allocated SRO to participating teams fan bases in a venue that supposedly hasn’t sold out the last several years, let alone initially gave a contract through the bidding process to a venue that doesn’t have enough seats for its capacity for a college football championship game? Doesn’t seem like it’s a small number of SRO seats given out either.

Caught Griztix in a lie and they have no solutions as always. I'm in section 112, SRO, finally got all 4 of my tickets I ordered. They said I selected SRO when purchasing tickets. I saw that as an option and made sure I did not select that! Griztix know I can not prove otherwise as I got the conformation came back like everyone else....general sale, etc. etc. I should truly know better not to trust this ticket office as I was able to buy tickets from a bobcat friend at cost. I told him he can sell it to another friend as I have conformation for seats with the university.

Pretty much how I felt about it also but now I’m just feeling lucky I have actual seats.
