Section 112ers…this is what our section looks like:

I think that’s 112T. I have a buddy in 112T with assigned seats.

Actually I stand corrected. 112T is behind it. You’re right! And it looks awesome!

Does anyone know if SRO in one section allows you to go to other SRO sections? Or are you stuck?

So, take this with a big grain of salt, but the way MLS stadiums I’ve been to are set up, there’s kind of a concourse around the perimeter with the concessions, etc. It’s pretty good viewing from anywhere. This being in contrast to the tunnels with stands above and below that most of us are probably used to. I’m not sure exactly how Toyota is set up, but it looks similar from pics. If so, I don’t see how they could police moving around with SRO tix.
This is correct. The concourse wraps around the entire section above the seats. Also where all the beer and concessions are. You can literally spend the entire game from different vantage points.

I get the frustration you guys are having with the tickets. But your team is there. And I can assure you that if you’re “stuck” in SRO, you’ll have an absolute blast. I’d also bet money you can find seats somewhere if you insist on sitting. But vantage point throughout the entire place is great. I wouldn’t stress it. If you have a ticket to get in the gates, you’ll be happy anywhere.

This is the case. As soon as you get into toyota stadium you can everything looks down onto the field. Standing room only will be a great view but completely understand people being pissed about not getting a seat. Kinda makes me think way more Montana fans bought seats than they anticipated.

for those wondering, you can google toyota stadium, and once your google maps comes up, drop the little yellow guy on the stadium concourse. You can actually walk around the stadium and see exactly what its like.

Section 112 is standing room only. It’s in the corner of the stadium with a bunch of us! Not happy!

General, yes you are free to walk all the way around the stadium.
The way it's constructed you can look down onto the field from almost everywhere.
Wherever you are, just make sure they can hear you on the field. ;)

Is anyone still looking for tickets? When I initially only received one ticket instead of two, and no one at GrizTix could provide an explanation of why, my husband and I purchased two resale tickets just to cover our butts. So, I now have two tickets available in section 112 if anyone is interested. I am just looking to recoup their cost.

What is the price you need to recoup? I am still looking for two.

We've done SRO the two times we have gone to watch the Jackrabbits play. You can go anywhere you want. The corners have the beer tents so that doesn't suck. They also have seats there and picnic tables. If you want you can walk the concourse and follow the ball. Pretty much anywhere above the seating is fine. There will be open spots available for folks to sit if you choose. If you don't mind standing SRO is a great option. If standing is an issue, there will be places to sit. If a seat is open, no one is going to complain if an elderly person sits in it or a handicap spot. It is good to be from the midwest. Nice people, maybe a little drunk and a little loud, but still nice. Have fun in Frisco, good luck in the game and safe travels home afterwards.

Is there decent (eg craft) beer in thr stadium or do they serve both kinds (bud and bud light)?

Wanna say Bud Light was the staple. If I remember right I opted for Heineken for the most part. I did switch to an IPA as the game became more difficult to watch. Goose Island maybe?

I'll bet ya find something...... ;)

I want to say there were a few to choose from. It was a long tailgate so my recollection is foggy. I want to say Shiner, Elysian and Kona were options as well as several other light options.

Anybody still missing any of their tickets or is it just me?
My husband and I did eventually get both of our tickets, but the second one was almost three hours behind the first one. However, in my panic over only having one ticket, we purchased two resale tickets because the person I talked to at GrizTix was unable to explain why we had only one, and was not able to tell me how or when the issue would be resolved. As a result, I have two tickets in section 112 that I am looking to unload for cost. If you find yourself desperate and would like to purchase them, let me know. I'm going to have to try to resell them very shortly, because I don't need four tickets!

Made it to Amarillo, TX…..just in time for a fricking blizzard! After I scrape snow, sure hoping for ok roads driving south from there. Lot of others on the road, so be safe, take it easy!

Just get out of the panhandle and you’ll be fine. You’re kinda traveling with the front supposed to come through. It will turn to rain soon.

Finally got mine squared away. Initially received 2/4 tickets one in ADA as part of 2 requested and one in SRO as part of 2 dictated. Waited on hold yesterday afternoon for almost an hour to get through to the ticket office, and the gal that had been helping with the ADA request is out of the office. The office was able to verify the ticket requests sent to the NCAA and told me she would email them to let them know I didn’t receive all my tickets. Received one additional SRO ticket late last evening. Woke up and logged out of everything and logged back in and still short one ADA ticket. Waited another hour when griz tix opened up to get through to the box office again. Once again everything was verified by the box office and another email was sent to the NCAA. Low and behold at 3-4 this afternoon the 4th ticket finally came through to my AXS account.

There is no reason the NCAA should be running this event. I hope part of the new contract is to have a bid process for fees to help them set a budged ahead of time and letting the venues control the event instead of all the price manipulation the NCAA is trying to do. Too many players in the game for events like this.

Does the stadium have a clear bag policy, or what limitations will they have on what we can bring in (other than snakes)?
