The Timbers (MLS) have a season ticket waiting list years long. They outsell the little Fargo hut (the home of North Dakota's professional football team) by a wide margin (21,144 vs. 18,571). Portland likes the title of "Soccer Town, USA" -- but Seattle has a reasonable claim to it also. What this proves is Portlanders REALLY don't give a shit about PSU football and REALLY, REALLY, REALLY don't give a shit about UNDSU football - though Griz game here will probably sell out again due to travelling Montana fans.
