Although his Alec Baldwin impression was mostly adequate . . . his self choreographed DOLA Ballet left the audience puzzled. Nonetheless, MsMaroon signed the budding thespian to her agency where the first lesson may be to convince the young man that real estate is one thing, but in show biz . . . to Always Be Closing is not a good goal.
