NAU was on a "Griz Hangover". Someone posted a while back that teams that won after winning against UM was something like 8-52. Or something close to that.

Some could look at that Stat and say that the Griz are always highly overrated. Team beats them one week then gets blown out the next week by another team.


Again I'm just thankful for the cats for being able to redeem the reputation for all of Montana by kicking the crap out of NAU. THE MSU REDEMPTION TOUR of cleaning up after the Griz!!

Funny Story about that: Sophomore year me and 4 buddies left Butte for LA in a 2-door chevy cavalier and witnessed tech's first road payoff victory against Azusa Pacific. Lets just say we got some dirty looks from some folks for chanting "lets go diggers"

With uc davis winning last week Montana won't take this game lightly. Wanting to prove they can win big games on the road I believe this team will be focused and ready to go. The game is the beginning of a a very difficult 4 game stretch and is, IMO, a must win if we want to stay in the conference title hunt.
