We sure wish NDSU had a 35,000 stadium. There is just no tickets out there we are capped.

With all the wining seasons the Bison have had and the superior support from the city of Fargo, I don't see why you don't build a bigger stadium...What is the reason for not getting a larger stadium in Fargo?

Can't handle the cold.

An outdoor stadium in Fargo would be a disaster...they could build a 35k stadium...come December...they would be lucky to pull 20k for the games attendance....half of that attendance being those whos asses froze to their seats the week before and have yet to be removed.

Here and there are two completely different places. The CCU game was about 8000 short I a full house last year. That was an freak weather event. In Fargo that's not so out of the ordinary. Then when you add that there is around 70% humidity and wind to go with it, it gets really cold quick. When schools build tunnels to go from one building to the next, it's cold.

Maybe NDSU could get Carhart to build an open arena. Of course, seating would have to account for the additional bulk.

No, that is UNDSU. The Casselton Grange Guild controls attendance.

And it took them two extra home games to barely beat Montana in that one category by 299 fans. If not for the freak winter weather for the playoff game, Montana still wins this one in a landslide.

similar to Montana. We pay $60 for homecoming, MSU and $35 for all other games and prime seats require money to the GSA.
