Montana at EWU predictions

Still in disbelief about the melt down from last week. Eastern is very talented and tough at home. I would not be surprised if the Griz lose on Saturda. However, even though this is a young team there are still plenty of players who have seen the Griz respond after a tough loss. This is still the Montana Grizzlies and they will not back down from any team or adversity. Heres to hoping the Griz are able to regroup and pull off the upset (tough to say a win over EWU would be an upset)

GRIZ - 31

Eastern - 28

I don't think EWOO is as good as NAU was last week against us. I think we see the griz play like they have the talent to play.

Griz 42
EWOO 27

griz 52
eagles 48
....and yet we only win by 4.

The Griz score all 52 in the first half. After 6 turnovers in the second half the Eagles claw back to make it 52-48.

In truth the game is over by half-time. Weezy has an intuitive brilliance for the game, AKA, Boy is straight up dope on ballin.

that is so painful yet hits home. :P

Griz score 52 in the 1st quarter then go on vacation yet some bad officiating somehow saves the game for UM.

Ok on serious note -

UM 35
EWU 24

This is more of a homer pick TBH. But heres to hoping. Season aint over yet, but this team has more to deal with than any griz team I have ever seen so winning games is a bonus at times IMO. Griz T.O.s = FAIL.

KEMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice quote by Padron...."building a strong dislike of people from Montana, blah, blah, blah." I hope Tripp plants him into that disgusting tampon-esque field.

Tripp may have to hit Padron on the sidelines then....he didn't start for us against Weber, may not start against the Griz...our Freshman QB beat him out and played well against Weber before cramping up in the 2nd half.

I saw that. Discipline issue at all or is the freshman just that much better?

Not discipline...the Freshman is just a stud...article in the spokesman yesterday said coaches are keeping it quiet who will start so the Griz prepare for both, a little gamesmenship I guess. Both have completely different styles, Padron is a drop back passer, our Freshman Adams can throw it really well, but he is lightning quick and is probably our fastest runner. Two completely different styles and I'm sure the griz will see both of them play. Adams caught Weber (and everyone) by surprise...I'm sure the Griz will be more prepared for him.

I am looking at a different scoring measure.

Turnovers:

Montana 1
EWU 3 or more

Montana wins.

In fact if we have 1 or less and they have 2 more turnovers then we do I think we will win.

Tripp is still pulling himself of the turf at WaGriz. Where did that NAU Tight End come from?

Griz turnovers </= 1: Griz win 36-28

Griz turnovers >/= 3: Griz lose 42-21

Griz turnovers = 2: Griz win 31-30

Better hope not. We didn't look so hot after the first 20 minutes.

So you guys know how to run up a score. Congrats. Look at the stats and tell me with a straight face we didn't "Roll" UNC.

Taking shots at a rival when you're down and have Eastern staring you in the face is a little sad, I think.

I don't like emoticons but this is as good as I can do, :| straight face, you didn't "roll" UNC, here is the box score to that game of ours, only 25% of those points came after half time. Not really running up a score...and actually, 10 of your 41 came after half time as well so you ran up the score as well...I don't see it. With the team you're supposed to have this year you should be able to say you should have won by 50 easily.
http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=293390149

So we had a 176-6 advantage in total yards and a 21-0 lead before many of us got in our seats. We took the foot off the gas and still won convincingly.

41-16 is kinda "rolling" if you ask me. Maybe you guys should worry a little more about trying to maintain a lead, if you can get up on Eastern that is.

BTW, I think you will this week with your backs against the wall

UM - 36
EWU - 35

Ya know, I just don't give a flyin F about the bobcats and I live in Bozeman... cats are a non-entity.
