Well deserved Money! Go Griz!
How often is a player selected as POW when his team loses both games played? A testament to his performance.Well deserved Money! Go Griz!
As I mentioned in another thread, I hope we don't hold on to him. I hope he goes pro and makes it for his family after everything that's happened. But, yes, I will enjoy every game he plays. Great player. He is a darn good player. I hope you can hang on to him. If not, at least, enjoy it this year.
I still remember that game. I had to listen to it on the radio. I don’t think it was on TV, but I might be wrong. I was in Billings at the time.Who was the other Grizzly to score 30 points against a ranked opponent?
Was it my former math teacher Eric Hays against UCLA in 1975? Think he got 32 that night that they almost upset the Bruins in the tournament. Hays was later drafted by the Bucks
Edit: It was. UCLA had 7 players that played in the NBA, the best being Marques Johnson. We had one, Michael Ray Richardson. Ken McKenzie was also drafted in the 8th round by the Sonics, Hays went in 9th. Neither played a NBA game
