Jordan wasn't tearing up as he was testifying that "she never said no". He was emotional about his dad's testimony about how hard it was on their family and how close Jordan was to his dad.
What I'm saying is, to the casual observer who picks up the paper and sees the headline and photo only, it looks like Jordan couldn't control his emotions when he said "she never said no". It leaves a totally inaccurate impression. In most people's minds, tearful denials don't come from innocent people.
