134-84 as a head coach. A defensive coordinator that won a national championship at Colorado, played years in the NFL and then coached in the NFL. Tim Hauck played in NFL and won a Super Bowl as a coach. An offensive coordinator that was a coordinator in the SEC. Look at resumes of guys coaching at every position. Yep zero coaching ability. They just miraculously were given those positions and won those titles. The last couple years haven’t met expectations but to say these guys don’t have the resumes to be coaching at an FCS school is pretty ignorant . And to think they aren’t capable of making adjustments and rallying this team is also ignorant. So yea I get what Spanky is saying.
Resumes do not equal considerable abilities.
Considerable abilities equal results.
Let's see if they can meet their stated goals for the team.
