Max Media camera work???

Yes dammit, we should be completely satisfied with having anything at all, even if it is crap. It is the new American way. Wanting more and better is greed, plain and simple. Good socialists don't ask for or expect more. Now shut up and enjoy whatever you are handed. Mediocrity is the new goal.

well there's that...

OR...you could do something about it instead of complaining. :o

contact the company. explain the issues respectably. see what needs to be done to fix said issues. is it something that can be done with donations? time or money? follow up with them to either show gratitude for steps taken or criticism on issues continuing.

seems this route would be the way to go if you wanted things to change rather than just complaining on a message board and playing the victim.

I emailed Beyers at KULR last season inquiring if he had any input into the broadcasts other than calling the game. I was fed up with the shots on my television where I couldn't see the LB's, and sometimes even the QB when he was in the shotgun. Whoever the Otto Preminger-wannabe is directing these broadcasts, get a clue and back the camera's off so we can SEE ALL THE ACTION. I remember watching a Weeb's broadcast on Bigsky and it was great... pulled back so you could see the routes run by the receivers and the pursuit of the defense each play. It gives a person the same feeling that you're in the stands viewing, instead of using binoculars on the center snap.

How do you know I haven't done all those things and more? Maybe I complain here and act? You haven't a clue who I am and what I have done to try to help improve the quality of Griz broadcasts. Whether it was a lot or nothing at all, I am pretty confident that nothing is going to change any time soon. There just isn't a whole of money to be made broadcasting FCS football, even if it is the Griz. Frankly I believe that there should be an affordable pay-per-view model on FTA. I paid $26 to Dishnetwork to watch the Griz vs. App State which seemed excessive for a standard definition feed -- and a poor one at that. I certainly am not all that interested in helping the solve their problem if that is the solution.

I don't know and never said I did. I quoted your post that said nothing of the sort. so I responded to that particular post. and even then I didn't say you couldn't do everything you described. I simply suggested an alternative approach. you won't hurt my feelings if you ignore my advice. :thumb:

Maybe that's why you couldn't see a ND defensive player anywhere near a Montana receiver!

You just want someone to post a few screen captures to shut you up, don't you?

Camera work was bad. I'm willing to bet those weren't Max Media's guys working the game. More likely interns and locals.

Did anyone notice how many times the Bleskin Motors commercial ran during the Griz game? "Bleskin Motors is a proud sponsor of this Montana Grizzly football telecast". Haha

Bleskin Motors is owned by Tom Bleskin. He is the uncle of Jake and Tanner. He supports both programs. His wife is a UM grad and he was a pretty good griz fan until the nephews went to Bozeman. He continues to support both programs and is a great guy. His dad is Pete Bleskin who owns Pete's Auto in Great Falls.
