Maine @ UNH

Kind of an interesting scenario. A UNH win with a Griz win could help the Griz get a stronger seed. However a UNH win probably puts them in the playoffs and bumps out a bubble team, so possibly the 5th Big Sky team would get pushed out...

Very interesting indeed. Hoping for a blowout in Bozo and the Griz getting a high seed. I will live with the 5th BSC team being left out :D With a loss my opinion could change dramatically!! Good thing I am overconfident today

I was thinking crazy pipe dream stuff of Maine losing to UNH, Eastern Ill losing to UT Martin, and EWU losing to PSU all coupled with a big Griz win and we could see the Griz land the #4 seed which would get them a bye and guarantee at least two home games.

I'd assume the odds of this are astronomical, however One can dream...

Our game got a mention as they were talking about bubble teams. They said msu needs a win to get in.

Nothing new there, I know.

Exactly. Just what I was thinking.

Edit: Maine got clobbered, but they are now 10-2 with the other loss being a 21-35 loss to Northwestern. NW won its first 4 games, and then lost 7 in a row until beating Purdue today by 4. Maine probably still gets a seed. Tough conference. I could see UM getting a seed over NAU, despite the NAU win over UM. Not saying UM will get the seed over NAU, tho.
