I see that the Athletic Dept. put up a very well-done video thanking the Washington family and soliciting further donations to complete the project. I know that in addition to the Washington donation they was at least one more major donation toward the project of $1 million. With this and the fact that you usually need at least 60% of the cost of the project already committed before the announcement in mind, how much of a funding gap are we looking at? $3-5 million perhaps?

Can't be too far off if ground-breaking is as close as intimated...
