no chance of that. these aren't new helmets, just new decals like the griz have been doing the last two seasons. BTW, i loved the 'GHOST' griz script on the silver helmets at ewu..that was sweet
 
What a great list, and COMPLETELY shoots down monte is a character's assertion that we're somehow losing the in-state recruiting battle. Outside of Weidenaar and obviously Brekke, who on the Bobcat list is an absolute MUST have that we were out recruited on?
 
AZ, I think one more for sure is Quninn Mcqeary. I know the Griz wanted him bad. AND just this week, MD said at the Tuesday presser that he recruited Bleskin as hard as he could, even though he knew he's follow his brother. He said they wanted Bleskin every bit as much as MSU did.
 
I would have gone for Chad Newell a little bit harder than allowing him to walkon to the MSU bobcats. Granted, he did have a horrendous leg injury sustained while playing basektball against Miles City but he did have 2,049 yds rushing and 24 TDs in his first two years for Billings Senior. Glad to see that he's fully recovered.

I like how on the list of "Stars" he lists several Bobcats who aren't starters... then goes on to list Wagenmann as the "only headliner" for the Griz from Montana.

Pandering to his audience I guess :P

I (personally) saw enough of McQueary in the state title game to know he didn't belong in a Griz uniform. I believe SIX INT's in that game? I wouldn't trade McQueary for ANY of the QB's currently on the roster, including the Hyphen. And sure, you could say we "lost" Bleskin, but did we REALLY have a chance given he was following his brother?
