Levi Janacaro sworn in.

If he went to Kalispell ER, there would be a record of the visit, notes by the ER RN and Physician. Assessment would include a physical description of the wound, what was done before arrival at the ER and any treatment at the ER, including sutures, medications given there and any Prescriptions. This would be SOP for any ER, large or small. There IS a medical record. Whether it is released is up to Sheehy.
The medical records are there, of course, but HIPPA prevents any release of them by the hospital. And Sheehy certainly is not going to reveal them. We all know the real truth. Now back to football.

Maybe they would show something of note, maybe they wouldn't. Sheehy doesn't to release his medical records. Do you really think someone walks into an ER with a bullet room from a .45 to an arm, and get bandaged and walks out? Do you think a bullet wound to an arm from a .45 isn't going to result in more treatment, like surgery?

I've seen a few bullet wounds in my time, shotgun, rifle, and handguns. Depends on the angle of the shot. Could have grazed him, a few stitches(if that)and VOILA! I am quite familiar with HIPPA, as a retired RN. If any of the staff even commented on what he/she saw, bye bye!
