First Half Observations:

Tinks was smart having Qvale not trying to block shots, thus staying out of foul trouble.

Tinks refusal to put Cherry back into the game, cost Montana the lead.

Wood is NOT a Division I ball player! Frontier Conference at best!

Selvig has done his disappearing act once again. He plays tentative, doesn't rebound, and on two consecutive Bear possessions allowed his man to beat him off the dribble to the hoop, causing lay-ups both times for the Bears.

Beitzel played all 40 minutes last night. Why can't Cherry play all 40 for UM??? He needs to play all 20 in the second half if the Griz want to win.

Cherry will play all 20 in the 2nd half unless his ankle or fouls prohibit it.

Wood is playing good D and is a rebounding MACHINE tonight. He's not costing the Griz anything.

All of the shooters need to let it go when they are wide open. Still a lot of tentativeness about launching, especially after they miss one or two.

On the subject of anyone playing all 40 for the Griz, I can't remember the last time any Grizzly played the whole game. Cherry is certainly capable of doing that, that's for sure.
