My favorite helmet was the silver with the black Gris Paw in the back. The Griz wore it in the 2010 Cats/Griz game. It would look good with a black/maroon uni combo IMO. The all maroon uni w/ maroon helmet is not my taste.

Agreed this uni combo is bad ass, however the paw on the back is lame. The paw on the back is bad for t.v. also as this photo attests to... Do the uniform threads outnumber the move up threads??? :egriz:

I think the "move up" crowd is kind of quiet since enrollment is down and we don't have a waiting list for tickets anymore. Claims of unlimited funding sources are tougher to float around.

If I remember correctly the Bookstore stated they (The Griz) were going with a darker maroon this year. It came out when they were advertising the 8/31/2013 App St. Maroon Out t-shirts.

The white unis worn in ND were the best looking unis they have worn in three years. I don't think the maroon jerseys are even our dedicated maroon color. They look too dark. The band's unis, which have plenty of black on them, look better then the maroon jerseys.

I'm with Zoo on this. Those were classy unis. But hey.....just win and I will tolerate the ugly unis. :thumb:

Yep... and not the grease rag silver pants either. I understand the "white-out" on the road... SO much easier for JJ, or whomever is slinging the rock, to find receivers.

It'll help... his accuracy has definitely improved. It's nice to see him throwing 20-30 yards downfield instead of those idiotic bubble screens from the Organ Offense. I still haven't seen anything over 45 yards from his hand to a receiver. Good arm, sure. Big arm, nope.
