No Hammer, I don't think the Griz lack depth this year. You have a very talented team this year. I am talking about next year and the effect of four years of the loss of four schollies. And, you may think the Cats Ol and defense sucks but they are both loaded. Let the season begin!

Just makes you recruit smarter. Colt Anderson, Marc Mariani and Chase Reynolds (among others) all came to the Griz as non scholarship players. All three are now in the NFL. The gems are out there, you just have to find them.

Our recruiting will be just fine, especially after the upcoming season. :lol:

After reading the start of this thread it gave me a idea. I added up all the income that I had the last 24 years and went to my banker to get a loan. I made my case and showed him all the money I made the last 24 years. He was not impressed, all he wanted to know was what did you make last year and how are thing going this year. Last year my income was way down from the other years and the outlook this year looks promising but there are still some question marks. Long story short, my banker didn't give a shit about all the money I made in the past.

I made my case and showed him all the money I made the last 24 years. He was not impressed, all he wanted to know was what did you make last year and how are thing going this year. Long story short, my banker didn't give a shit about all the money I made in the past.

Here's another good one. I've got a bunch of friends and not one of us are carpenters but how about we come over and build a house for you. We have a couple hammers and nails but that's about it. But we'll try to build it as sturdy as we can. We're kinda new at this and have built a couple bird houses and a picnic table or 2 but this house is gonna be outstanding!! (MSu's OL)

I agree with your post except for one thing. Everyone keeps saying they will make the post season. I am not really confident that is the case. Whole new year in the BSC. The cats have a soft schedule, but honestly they have more question marks than the Griz could ever dream about. I am taking the whole wait and see approach. New season for all. I think that is really why all the can't fans are chipping their teeth on this board. They have very little time left to enjoy last year. Kind of like a last second anxiety deal where they realized suddenly how big of a pile they are about to step into. Ash knew it when he and the AD discussed the NDSU game. The man is not stupid.

We are in the process of overtaking them (Thank God for Ash) and they just flat out refuse to believe it. I'm not saying they're gonna suck like last year... I just don't think that's gonna happen. But they're not gonna be as good as us anytime soon.

I've never welched on a bet in my life. I've only bet on these goofy arguments twice on this site, won one and lost one... see my sig (the bet ws that I'd have to leave that there as long as I post here after Bobby beat my Cats). Ya, I know sig bets are pretty lame, but betting real $$ on your rival's message board is probably pretty lame too. Having said all that, there are several things that you guys keep spouting that I would be willing to bet real $$ on. I don't think we'll lose 4 conference games in 2013 and if anyone wants to bet me on that, just send me a PM. Maybe a bottle of Pendleton or something. I think that's respect enough, from the people who know what they're talking about.
