RE just had different priorities, mainly focusing on graduate-level education. Grad student enrollment actually increased nearly every year during his tenure while undergrad enrollment suffered immensely. It’s good to have someone in there who understands the numbers and the importance of undergrad enrollment.

Now that Cruzado is on her way out is there any talk of who will succeed her?

Here's my favorite stat. Since 2021, UM has added over 1,300 students to its overall headcount, the most of any college in Montana, making UM the fastest growing college in Montana

I haven’t heard of an internal person who has been groomed for the position and is waiting in the wings. Unless clay christian appoints himself (like he did with his current gig), I assume it will be a national search.
