I'm told there are better methods to determine post-season accolades.

Lamson was able to get up to 2d team because the Cats won conference. Otherwise he would have been below that. Yes, politics got him there. Same way with Brott. Jameson had games where he threw only 10 and 12 passes, I believe.

I honestly don't know what "politics" means in this context.

I know winning teams produce more all conference selections...but, I don't think that's politics...I think it is common sense.

Wins are political statistics in the Bobcat context, much like losses in the Griz context. Virtually meaningless to the informed follower.
