Lady griz vs Weber

This could be a closer game than it should be if the griz get sloppy on defense. Teams are figuring out how to beat the griz. Brian appears not to change anything if things aren’t working.

Wildcat Hickok is shooting well. She leads their team with six points and she is giving the GRIZ some trouble.

Griz are playing with some energy and hitting some threes. Weber looked tired the first half. Had open shots the second quarter and griz hit them.

Griz are really hitting their 3’s through third quarter. Weber having a hard time time getting and continuity. Griz are playing with some passion.

Nice game for griz. Played hard and were running the floor well. Weber has a good coach and will only get better. To bad they didn’t bring that energy at MSU.

The Lady Griz seem be really good at bounce back after a rare loss this year. Best example was the win at Flagstaff. I feel one reason for that is the talent of their bench.

Good to see the Lady Griz take care of business. Weber State is performing better in the Big Sky than I thought they would’ve after their poor non-conference.

Lady Griz should win this week against Portland State and Sacramento State this weekend (both are 0-6 in conference and on 10 game losing streaks). That would bring them to a very respectable 6-2 in conference and they’d match last season’s overall win total with 10 regular season games to go.
