I don't see how Kramer survives this now.

  Kramer is a bully and he should not be coaching. Call it the pussification of America or whatever. Bottom line is this type of behavior is #1 unacceptable and #2 does not produce results. I for one am tired of coaches thinking they can treat kids like crap, be bullies, and get away with abusive behavior. You don't see this type of behavior in the workplace and for good reason. Lastly, I have always found bullies to really be big pussies. Many of them like to band together, because they know they will get their a$$ handed to them if they have to go one on one. Bullies are COWARDS.

The older I get, the more I see this as being absolutely true. I would add that bullies come from families where it is "normal"....I am happy to see national effort to breaking this cycle. I was big growing up and nobody bullied me and got away with it. Nobody should get away with violating the dignity of another person.Copper Griz said:AllWeatherFan said:All you tough guys who whine about player pussification and extoll coaching abuse should remember one thing: that approach just doesn't work.

Okay.
GrizMusician said:It was inappropriate what Kramer did, but that player needs to man the f*ck up.

Okay.
A guy that gets shoved and cries like a bitch will never get any better but it sure as hell will let the rest of the team and potential recruits who is the boss.
Some people just are not cut out to be mentally tough, the rest of you are just part of the herd that needs to be slaughtered for the greater good.
