Are you so bitter and twisted that reality becomes whatever you want it to be when you get caught -- as you did on this thread -- trying to claim that the Missoulian could claim it knew what the "alleged victim's" BAC was two hours before it was measured, complete with it's own legal and medical conclusions, and you knew you had blundered into another unconscionable and idiotic claim; not only an "alleged victim" fighting "back" but a media reporter fabricating medical and legal claims in her support.

can you show me where i backed up the missoulian's claim? i said we don't have enough information. that is contesting the claim, not backing it up. also, what's up with the 'jj agenda' claim? can you show me where i said he was guilty, etc? i said i don't know what happened, and neither do you. obviously, umista is enthralled by the font changes meant to make something of nothing, but that is really all you do on here, repeatedly and over and over and over again, my friend.

you claim to be a scientist. good scientists back up their claims with specific facts, not vague speculation based on a personal agenda. scientists recognize when they have made a mistake, and correct course. based on your lack of self-corrections despite repeated inaccuracies, you appear to believe you have never made any mistakes in any of your many posts, despite your prodigious word count and frequent edits. are you so tortured by your inadequacies that you can't see that your diatribes are mainly stories littered with vapid speculation, appealing to only the most sordid of readers, such as umissus and waldorf hysteria?

You fabricated a different statement, and then claimed it was "my conjecture." That is how you do things.

You argued and continue to argue that my comments (presumably the ones I actually made) were "conjecture" which is, in any real world, defending what I pointed to as being a false medical and legal conclusion offered on behalf of a likely fabulist by a reporter who had no business turning a "conjecture" into a "conclusion." Note the reporter's use of the word "clearly." You have yet to concede that the Missoulian was wrong and was likely wrong because it was taking an advocacy position.

The only noise you made was about a pharmacy professor and what you thought of him.

Thats the person who was reassigned at the U who took one of the accusers home. Thanks I knew there was someone. She is with Native American Studies now as I recall

Arrggh is notorious for attempting to derail topics he disagrees with; in particular when he has no factual basis for his disagreement or when he gets his facts so bungled he hopes to distract everyone by babbling about something else. This one was why a pharmacy professor he didn't like isn't like Jon Krakauer or something.

This one is Exhibit A.

He is no doubt relieved at finally getting much needed assistance, and the "derail" poster exactly is what he intended, and well played by being posted backwards.
