Knight

For Knight and Ostmo, I would look at how they are running in games, and not look at stats. Both are running very well.

Since his 100+ yard performance against Idaho State, Knight has 39 carries for 113 yards. That’s 2.89/carry.
In the last three games Ostmo has 56 carries for 316 yards, a 5.64/carry average.
Perhaps the strangest stat line is Harris’s. In the 5 previous games prior to the CP game his carries had gone 8, 7, 3, 2, 0. Not sure what he did to get in the doghouse, or whether it’s just situational (blocking issues? Receiving issues?) but his carries have basically be going to Ostmo, who’s gone 3, 20, 10, 26 in the past for games.

It isn't early in Knight's recovery from his knee injury.

I've had 3 knee surgeries...each one was very different as far as recovery goes. There is no magic formula for these things.

Ypc really doesn't mean a whole lot especially with the difference in the amount of carries. Stats mean jack shit when theyre cherry picked.

Lol. Exactly what stat would you point to this year in support of Knight? Pick any ONE that supports your opinion.

I love the kid, and I think he’ll be great again…but he’s not himself right now. THAT much is apparent. And that’s ok…he’s still relatively early in his recovery.

I never said he was back to himself. I'm not just talking about this year either. I'm talking about when he was healthy. That's still who he is, nothing has changed other than he's coming back from a serious injury. He's still an amazing rb, just not fully healthy.

Gotcha. I think we agree.
