Hammer. Yep, we were by the pumphouse and you got it. glo hooks and maggots about 2 ft. off the bottom in about 14 ft. of water. Did well for 2 hours in the morning then it got real slow. Cranked quite a bit of beer then got a ride home from my designated driver gf.

Any truth to the rumor that there's a guy at 7 gables that used to play for the packers?

Keep relishing in your past as your future is very clouded!
I bet you Cat fans wish your past had something worth looking back on....hell even your best few seasons(the last 2 years) wouldnt be anything for girz fans to be excited about..we are generaly on the other end of quarter final blow outs......as for our future, its not clouded infact there is great potential.....You and other Cat fans know that the griz are a QB away from repeating that 2011 beat down in bozeman...and next year our QB play will be much improved...so next year at this time lets look abck on this and see how "clouded" it is, when the future is actually the present.

The past three years for sure haven't been too excting for Griz fans. I do think Griz fans would have been excited this year to have the season the Cat's had. The great potential you speak of for next year is in your own mind. There are quite of few things that need to fall into place for the Griz program. I call that clouded. Also, there are many teams that will be stronger next year not to mention the new teams that have been added to the BSC.
I think this is the part you dont understand....Yes this season was not an exciting one for us..but WE will never be excited about a season that ends in a blow out loss, at home in the quarters finals .....and so quickly you forget 2011, playing the number 1 seed in the semis on the road and it comming down to the final mins....Sucked at the time, thats for sure but i would call that an exciting season.....now if we got our asses waxed by UNI the week before, the season would be concidered a downer to most griz fans....maybe someday you will understand, but i highly doubt it..to understand this you will have to experince success for a long long period of time. As for the future being clouded, that is in your own mind

Becker your response is rediculous. You need some reality son. I know it's hard to see the clouds when you live in a closet. Reality is you're more than a QB away and there is a lot of uncertainty still to be worked out.

I'm not generally a spell-freak on boards, but Bull$hit33, if you're going to use the word "rediculous" (sic) in every post, PLEASE look up the spelling.

Oh, and while you're googling that, you might try typing this into your browser as well:

You're bound to find a lot more...ummm...of your kind there.

More than a qb away huh? A quarterback solves alot of problems....hell you guys had your savior playing qb and you put up 16 points against us...if we had a capable qb this year you are a fool to think we dont win a very high number of our one score games. Where do you think you would have been this year wiht out DM? if you think you just plug any player in the qb position and there is not a ripple effect your dumber than i thought. Do you know what kinda pressure a qb who can sustain drives takes off the defense? think about it, and why are you calling me son, who in the fuck do u think you are?

I see Bigsky33 has derailed another thread. Trying to turn this place into BN, where EVERY SINGLE thread, a Cat fan mentions the Griz in a derogatory way. It's pointless to argue with Bigsky33 because when he's talking about things like "clouded" he's talking about the Prophet Papa G telling him that NCAA Armageddon is coming to Missoula, and that the Griz will have tougher sanctions levied against them than Penn State, Ohio State, North Carolina and Miami combined.

Bigsky33 seems like a nice person, and I'm sure he/she is, but he has obviously bought into his Cat Prophet's hype and isn't gong to let it go...

Come on, if you were 2 feet off the bottom in about 14 feet of water you would be in the middle of the the lake not the pump house. You got the red shack?

Oh man! I'd missed that one before. I had to search for it, but it was worth it! Definitely a candidate for Post of the Year.

fanofzoo. We were only a couple hundred yds out. Maybe I've got my locations mixed up. I only go to G-town once every few years if there isn't any ice around here (Sanders/Lincoln county). Past 7 gables, go right, park (old marina?). The battery in my marcum isn't holding a charge so we went old school with a depth gauge. My feet of water number could certainly be off. Not to mention we got a little tuned up.

Got the kokes in the smoker as we speak. Oh, and here's a little pro tip for any rookies out there. Keep 10 or 12 koke fillets and run them through the meat grinder. Form them into a couple patties, coat them in flour, water and panko flakes and fry them in a cast iron skillet. It's good. trust me.

Your credible source at the NCAA is who again? Oh that is right - you are just another angry kittie fan who has seen his team kicked to the curb one too many times over the years by the GRIZ. You now spend your days sticking pins In a grizzly bear Vodoo doll - hoping for the demise of the superior program in the state. Quit picking your boogers and eating them. Move out of your Mom's basement and grow the hell up. The Cats had a good season. Get on kittie nation and roll around in the litter box with the other 14 fans that are online.

This "credible source" is a myth much like the unicorn, the tooth fairy and the female orgasm.

If you read my past posts on this thread, I have not slammed or stuck pins in a voodoo or hoped for the Griz demise. It's amazing how some people twist things around. I have pointed out that the Cats were NOT an embarrassment this year. It was very successful season. Yes SHSU beat us good. They are an excellent team. Also I pointed out that the Griz in my opinion are more than just a QB away from dominating the BSC. You have coaching changes to contend with and a couple of other key positions that need strengthening. I feel the BSC is much stronger now and going forward than it has been in past years. Many programs have had major improvements along with the addition of the new teams that are fairly strong. In addition, no I do not have any knowledge of what is going on in the NCAA investigation. I have made no predictions nor do I have any idea as to what the findings will be. However, you do have an investigation going on. They didn't initiate this because they wanted a vacation in Montana. There is a reason they are here. Until the results are announced it is an uncertainty for the program. I used the term clouded. I don't think that is unreasonable to say. Everything may come out okay but until it is over it remains an uncertainty. These were the main points I made in defense to some comments made by a few posters on here. I don't think they are that unreasonable and are objective. Peace! Wishing you all a nice holiday season and a healthy and prosperous New Year!

I personally wish bigsky33 a Merry Christmas!, but unfortunately the fortune cannot be reversed...just the way it turns out.

Apparently going to the semi finals and almost making a comeback to go to the title game isn't that exciting to the bobcats. Considering they will never get there i suppose that is a fair statement. Insult accepted good sir.
