I am I missing something where it said Hendo got a DUI? or was it minor in possession or with BAC 0.2-0.8? If he was over 0.8 he'd be in court facing a big fine and more. Undoubtedly he'd be suspended for more than two games. If he's 19 or 20 years old and had a beer, well shame on him, but its not DUI. Kind of a significant difference there. Apparently he at least had the judgement not to drink too much.

It was a "Baby DUI", so he was obviously below the .08 level and was only cited because he is a "minor" at age 20.

Only thing is, we arent a normal team anymore because of all the other problems in Missoula and UM? The rules probably got alot more strict this year

You are inaccurate... he blew MORE than a .02 thus the "Baby DUI" however until he goes to court, we will not know how far over .02 or how far over .08 he was...

And WHAT??? You don't get cited for "baby dui" if you're bac is over .08, numbnuts. You get cited for DUI. Baby DUI, by definition, is a BAC under the legal limit for a "minor" (in this case a 20 year old "minor") who isn't legally allowed to drink.

Where do you come up with this number? If you first said double it then it should be 60%. There were 9 games left on the schedule so 60% of 9 is 5.4 Now I know this might confuse you, but we can't play .4 of a game, so let's just drop that and give him a 5 game suspension. Now where did you study math...WIZ?
