Kennesaw State to FBS

I would like UM to be in FBS, but not anywhere close to Conference-USA.
Maybe doing nothing which appears to be the choice by our administration is the best course of action at this time.

No doubt. That guy isn’t even reliable enough to stay at the same job through the end of a season if he sees a better job with a willing intern available.

Anybody who thinks C-USA is a WORSE conference than the BSC isn't paying attention.

The top 6 teams in the Big Sky are all better programs then anyone in CUSA. You watch, when CUSA has to re-negotiate their tv deal at the end of this school year they may end up having a worse tv deal then the Big Sky, and maybe a smaller payout to each school then the Big Sky. I'm not even kidding about that either. I don't think CBS Sports is gonna keep them.

Quite honestly, why does it even really matter. The BSC and CUSA are both irrelevant and arguing about degrees of irrelevancy is pretty pointless.

FCS has been a “glorified” D2 since 1978.

FCS is the second best CFB division. The FCS teams don't play for the same championship as FBS. Why not just call it DII CFB?

I intended to say that I wouldn’t want UM to join C-USA. I don’t know if they are worse than the Big Sky or not, however, they could be.
 
Lots of changes with college football. It’s becoming apparent that there isn’t going to be much left with FCS. Supposedly lack of finances will stop us from moving to FBS. Additionally, there is a reluctance to change with many fans and the administration. So……we could end up being part of a general mandate of the NCAA which will inform the leftovers their destiny.
 
You know how people talk about the "blue bloods" of fcs football (Delaware, App, GaSo, Youngstown, Montana, Furman, ndsu, Marshall)?

Well, I think we can safely drop the "s", so the statement is simply, "Montana is the blue blood of fcs football. Today they're matched up with their bitter rival, Nebraska Southeastern Teacher's School here in lovely Monowi, NE".
 
I really hope the griz make the right decision and try to move up... the fcs is pathetic these days. Only getting worse. Could be the decline of griz football if they choose to stay. Some of these large donors need to pull their head out of their ass.. football isn't fun or interest if your championship game is Griz vs Northern Colorado...
