That's what I was wondering. Who on the staff now would we promote to Recruiting Coordinator? I'm not sure I'd feel confident about any of them. I think whoever the new RB coach is will also take on the recruiting responsibilities.

Which is stupid. Bring in a professional recruiting coordinator and a professional RB coach. Maybe someone with ties to the Midwest so we can start looking like the Dakotas in the trenches

This is a good thing for our alums, though. This, Shillinger getting his shot at a head coaching job. It all positions these guys better when the opportunity one day arises for them to come home.
