UM currently isn't even in top of FCS spending, MSU is No.1, I think the Griz are 4 or 5th, no way they can compete in football in the PAC.

I think MSU has had one year of bigger spending. My guess is that there is a one-time explanation for that. Dig deeper. Edit: Yes, I checked. MSU had a big jump in spending and revenue from 2024 to 2025.
