I got that Arizona made around $6m from March Madness last year as in 2025 and will make around $10.5m from their Final Four run this season. Yes a March Madness run can make more than the FCS but the CFP is bigger than both. ASU made around what UofA made in their final 4 run this season in one CFP game for the 2024 season. Indiana made estimated slightly over $20m from their CFP run this past season.

Ya until UNLV and New Mexico start looking over at the PAC12 and seeing that they're getting multiple bids into March Madness and have a lot of the heavy favorites to get CFP auto bid as well. Meanwhile the new look MWC will likely be a 1 bid league most years and with all the ugly new football members (except NDSU), will have almost zero chance of getting the CFP auto bid. They'll be clamoring to get into the PAC12 which in turn will open more spots in the MWC.
