I agree. This is a little spooky, if you think about it. I have guys I work with that knew her name a week ago, based on this same connection, amongst others on the witness list.

I am pretty sure I know who the accuser is but there is absolutely no way I would ever post it on any blog site. I fully expect 99+% of Griz Nation is the same way.
Today's testimony was heartbreaking to say the least. I think it it is time to pray for all involved.

I think almost everyone knows the young ladies name and you are correct on both counts. There is no reason WHATSOEVER to post it AND it is a good time to pray for these young people and their families.

The way I understand it, since it is not a civil case, no. The state brought the case up based upon the evidence.

I don't, and I hope that I never do because it is irrelevant to the outcome. Everyone will need to find a way to move on regardless of the verdict. If even one person can be spared notoriety from this mess then that is a good thing. I'm sure JJ would take it if it was possible for him.

PI seemed like a pointless witness from the twitter feed? Says he talked to the roommates and ex boyfriend but never said what was discussed.

Possibly saving time for closing arguments? Doesn't seem like they'd gain a thing crossing Jordan's dad and the PI's info wasn't much, IMO.

From earlier testimony, it seems to me the prosecution was trying to portray the PI as early intimidation by Johnson's lawyers, trying to pressure the accuser into not pursuing this further. If nothing else, today's testimony by the PI makes it sound like he was a good guy, polite and just trying to gather information from the roommates and observe the layout of the residence. That is a win for the defense.

So...it appears from all the twitter-types that:

1) Court resumes Thursday @ 10:00 AM for the defense witness that couldn't be there until then.
2) Thursday's session will run until 2:00 PM.
3) Friday's session starts at 9:00 AM with closing arguments and then followed by Judge Townsend's instructions to the jury.
4) Jury deliberates until a verdict is reached.

The decision gets closer...

I feel for both sets of parents in this case. I can't imagine the anguish they are going through watching their son/daughter go through this in such a public manner. Just reading the tweets re: Mr. Johnson made me sick today, I can't imagine being in the courtroom and especially on that jury.
