"Victim" testified that she wanted JJ out of the house and she didn't stop to get a snack. Her roommate testified that "Victim" took the time to get a snack from the kitchen after the alleged incident and before driving JJ home. Now Dean is stating the snack happened as well. "Victim" is caught lying on the stand.

Listening to parents testimony (from both sides) makes my stomach churn. I couldn't imagine my son/daughter being on either side of this. Ugh....
 
The Twitter feeds with all of the character issues show why character should never be brought into a trial. The accuser's family all testify how she acted afterwards and how horrific it was for her. Now JJ's dad is saying that the only thing worse than being falsely accused is to lose a child.

None of this does anything to prove or disprove any fact. Townsend has let this trial get out of control.
