JJ Trial

Dr. Harriton "Nurse did rape exam incorrectly." Just for background Dr. Harriton is the defense gyno expert....has done over 100k gyno exams....(insert joke of choice here)
 
a DOCTOR who specializes in forensic gynecology ...says a NURSE messed up in the exam....and NO SIGN it wasn't consensual....WOW if I was a juror that would speak volumes!

Definately a strong witness for the defense. Kind of makes you wonder why the prosecution did not have a forensic gynecologist on their witness list. My guess is they could not find one to agree with them. If not it was a HUGE mistake.

Except that the prosecution is going to argue that the woman just gave up out of fear so there wouldn't be any evidence of forced rape. Still a good witness none the less.

Yeah, that and the jury must be appalled at the 1mm laceration the nurse discovered. That's so big as to be almost visible to the naked eye.

Did I miss something or has the Prosecution rested its case in chief? Sounds like this last witness is the first one called by the Defense.

I wish they would rest already. Their endless stream of people that have absolutely no idea what happened that night is growing extremely tiresome. Give it up already. Your case sucks and you're wasting my tax dollars.
